Gestaltteraapia Arenduskeskus offers gestalt therapy and trains gestalt therapists.

Our mission is to popularize gestalt therapy and also acknowledge the proffession of gestalt therapist in the society.

Gestaltteraapia Arenduskeskus offers different kinds of self-development possibilities to support the rise in quality of living and being more satisfied with work and relations. We use methods of individual therapy, individual consultations, therapy-groups, self-development courses, courses with different themes, supervision, creativity training.

Our therapists are qualified in individual therapy and group therapy in English as well as in Estonian.

We organize trainings for gestalt therapists together with an international gestalt institute GIS International.
